COMMUNITY NEEDS AND STRENGTHS ASSESSMENT: SURVEY
The community assessment was conducted for the first time in the history of Kokpayom and represented a process that lasted between September 2018 and March 2019, comprising several phases. The objectives were:
- to identify the main needs, priorities, and strengths of the local community;
- to map the villagers' interests regarding new knowledge and skills they would like to gain.

COMMUNITY NEEDS AND STRENGTHS ASSESSMENT: FOCUS GROUPS
The focus groups were organised in the aftermath of the survey, in order to analyze the results and translate them into viable solutions that will be carried on jointly by the people, by KTLAF and in partnership with other institutions and stakeholders. A total of 4 focus groups were carried out in April and May 2019, involving 4 categories of people: youth, active villagers, VIP (important stakeholders), and women.
